Aufbauend auf unserem erfolgreichen Start in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft suchen wir nun einen Betriebswirtschaftlichen Leiter für unser neu gegründetes Audi F1 Projekt.

Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer betriebswirtschaftlichen Strategie tätig sein und uns bei der Verwaltung unseres Budgets helfen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Zentrale Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei allen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Rentabilität
  • Koordination der finanziellen Planung und Abstimmung mit den verschiedenen Funktionen
  • Förderung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der FIA Financial Regulations
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen


Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (Uni/FH/HF) oder gleichwertige Fachausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP (FI/CO) sowie MS-Office, insbesondere Excel. Power BI wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch. Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
