Wir suchen einen qualifizierten und engagierten Assistant Financial Controller, der unsere Finanzabteilung unterstützt und unsere Ziele erreichen hilft.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten, regelmäßigen Vorhersagen, Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Analysen
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen, Inventurprüfungen und Überwachung von Kontrollmechanismen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Kontrolle der Bargeldabrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs aller Tätigkeiten in der Buchhaltung
  • Auswertung von operativen Kennzahlen und Steuerung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Kollegen aus den operativen Abteilungen sowie Revenue Management, Groups & Events und Human Resources
  • Erstellen und Implementierung von Richtlinien
  • Vertretung des Financial Controllers bei Abwesenheit
Qualifikationen
  • Ausgeprägtes finanzielles Verständnis, wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie
  • Teamplayer mit eigenverantwortlicher und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr sichere EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft Excel, Opera & Micros Symphony
