Consumer Intelligence Manager

We're seeking a skilled Consumer Intelligence Manager to join our team at Nespresso HQ.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and analysis, with experience in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

This role will involve leading cross-functional projects, developing research strategies, and working closely with innovation product marketing and R&D teams to deliver impactful innovations.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to drive innovation and growth initiatives
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement research plans that address business needs
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights (agency and/or client side)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with market research software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
