Salary: CHF 120,000 - CHF 180,000 per annum
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Securities Settlements Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing settlement services as a global custodian for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely settlement of transactions in global markets and play an active role in looking after accurate realignments of securities positions.
- Liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets.
- Process private placement hedge funds and mutual funds transfers for our clients.
- Ensure risk aware exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions.
Requirements:
- 1-6 years experience in Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of securities markets specifically functions of a custodian.
- Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
- Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders).
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, typically MT54x settlement instructions.
