Aerodynamics System Manager

A highly experienced Electronics and Systems Development Engineer is required to lead the Wind Tunnel Model Systems & Electronics Team at our Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber location in Hinwil, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in developing electro-mechanical systems for high-performance applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel and organizational aspects of the team, as well as researching and developing new wind tunnel model technologies. This includes defining onboard system concepts, selecting components, and coordinating with Aero model design teams. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring data quality and repeatability, including calibration and model readiness coordination with Physical Wind Simulation (PWS) and Wind Tunnel (WT) operations teams.
