Wir suchen als IQ Plus AG einen ausgebildeten IT-Systemadministrator, der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden ist. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen per Telefon und Ticketsystem, die Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen sowie die Behebung von Problemen im Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT-Team.
Der Ideal-Kandidat stellt EDV-Arbeitsplätze bereit und richtet diese ein. Er unterstützt und schult Benutzer in IT-Fragen. Der Administrator dokumentiert und verfolgt Störfälle nach. Ebenso übernimmt er Wartung und Überwachung der IT-Systeme. Ein wichtiger Aspekt sind auch neue Projekte im IT-Engineering.
Voraussetzungen:- Ausreichende Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 und Office 365
- Erfahrung mit Arbeitsplatzhardware (PCs, Laptops, Headsets, Drucker, Kameras)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Kundenservice bringt Vorteile
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und ITIL-basierten Prozessen sind wünschenswert
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Unser Job bietet Ihnen einen monatlichen Lohn von etwa €3.800,- bis €4.500,-, abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung. Unsere Firma zahlt außerdem weitere Vorteile.
