We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Network Optimization Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of logistics network strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics network strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
- Conduct analysis of transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain operations and ensure compliance with adidas and Supply Chain Management standards.
- Manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers to explore various options available for optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and speed to market to deliver the right product at the right time at the right cost.
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Supply Chain Management, or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive work experience in mid to large-scale organizations optimizing complex logistics networks.
- Strong experience with managing complex projects related to transportation and process re-engineering.
- PMI/Project Management certified.
