Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

• Partner with line leaders to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets for the lines, ensuring process stability.
• Own the technology and process for equipment and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment.
• Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, and build capability of the team to execute themselves.
• Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and enable the VSU team.

• Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.
• Capability to lead a role for the line, qualify and coach the next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line.
• Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.
