About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at LEDCity AG in Zurich.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing start-up that develops innovative lighting solutions using sensors to optimize energy consumption worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Contribute to people planning, working closely with the CEO to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide guidance to HR team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
- Serve as a point of contact and advisor on HR-related matters, supporting employees and leaders with personnel issues.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or a federal certificate in HR.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in a scale-up environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
