We are seeking a highly skilled CAPEX Project Lead to join our team at Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CAPEX projects within budget, scope, and schedule
- Establish project charters and scope of work with stakeholders
- Define and implement project resources and provide daily leadership
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ecology standards
- Hand over projects to user teams with proper training and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Process Engineering, or equivalent)
- Successful project management experience on major investment projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage matrix-based projects
- Excellent command of German and English
About the Role:
This is a senior manager-level position with operative leadership of large CAPEX projects in the range of 10-120 M CHF. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and lead a multinational project team and interact with senior management.
