The Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Regional Process Safety Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our GOE department, you will be responsible for providing process safety leadership and knowledge proximity within the cultural context of the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process safety strategies in collaboration with sites, Regional SHE lead and Business Unit SHE Leads.
- Lead cross-site learning and SHE improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate process safety incident management and investigation.
- Share and communicate incident lessons to maximize learning and prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Process Safety or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Process Safety, preferably in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record in explosion risk assessment and HAZOP.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
