We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy Team Manager and Software Engineer. This dual-role position is designed for a motivated individual who can effectively support team management while contributing to software development projects.


As the Deputy Team Manager and Software Engineer of the ITSM Suite Engineering, you will be responsible for:



  • Assisting the Team Manager in daily operations and overall team coordination;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact in the Team Manager's absence, ensuring seamless continuity of leadership;
  • Facilitating communication within the team, addressing concerns and providing feedback to the Team Manager;
  • Supporting the Team Manager in planning, organizing, and conducting team meetings;
  • Helping in the development and implementation of team goals, objectives, and performance metrics;
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across projects;
  • Assisting in resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity;
  • Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional development;
  • Handling administrative tasks related to team management, including scheduling, reporting, budgeting, and documentation;
  • Participating in the implementation of software applications;
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and company standards;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects;
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers;
  • Assisting in debugging and troubleshooting software issues to ensure high-quality deliverables;
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to the team's technical growth.
