Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage reinsurance treaties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare underwriting information for applicable lines of business and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners within and outside the company.
- Proven success record as an underwriter or broker in non-life treaty reinsurance.
- University degree in economics, business, actuarial science, or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are an asset.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to hold presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience working with senior managers and stakeholders.
