Senior Public Sector Business Developer

As a Senior Public Sector Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Procivis' presence in the European Union's public sector market. About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned business developer with a strong background in software sales and 2-3 years of experience focused on the public sector, including participation in public tenders. Your profound knowledge and experience in software solution selling for a software manufacturer, IT consulting company, or IT system integrator will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Procivis' market presence in the EU region in public sector.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the public sector, including participation in public tenders.
- Solution Sales: Present and sell our decentralized digital identity and credentials solutions to prospective clients, crafting customized proposals and delivering impactful presentations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery, customer satisfaction, and market feedback on our offerings.

- IT Experience: Profound knowledge and experience in software solution selling for a software manufacturer, IT consulting company, or IT system integrator.
- Technical Skills: A strong technical background or affinity, with experience in tenders and ideally also in solution sales.
- Educational Background: Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); German is advantageous.
- Communication: Customer-oriented and communicative nature that enables effective collaboration with customers and team members.
- Preferred Location: Zurich; remote work (within the EU) possible.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around €80,000 - €110,000 depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
