We are seeking a seasoned Landscape & Hardscape Installation Team Leader to join our team at Atlantic Coast Landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 2 or more team members to ensure efficient project execution
  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborating with our design and sales teams to implement client projects
  • Planning and organizing job sites to ensure timely completion and quality results
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for our team members
  • Operating and maintaining company vehicles and equipment
  • Reviewing and interpreting construction documents and blueprints
  • Tracking and documenting job progress, expenses, and customer interactions
  • Communicating effectively with our administrative, operations, and sales teams
  • Assisting with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a landscape-related field or equivalent experience
  • Certification in landscape construction and installation practices (e.g. NCMA, ICPI)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of standard landscape construction and horticultural practices
