BMC Remedy ITSM Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to support and administer our BMC Remedy ITSM environment. As we transition to BMC Helix, the ideal candidate will have experience in administration and support of complex application environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the existing BMC Remedy ITSM environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide 1st-level support.
  • Analyze incidents and prepare detailed reports for 2nd-level support.
  • Manage master data, including configurations and data imports.
  • Monitor applications and servers to ensure optimal performance.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and excellent German language skills (spoken and written). We offer the option of remote work with on-site requirements near Bern.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration and support of BMC Remedy ITSM or similar complex application environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of both application and server-level operations.
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to work on-site near Bern, with the option of remote work.

Rate: 70CHF/Hour, Length: 12 month (extension likely)
