Job Description

This role is a strategic partner to manage and lead multiple simultaneous projects, focusing on mid-large scale transformations and project implementation. The successful candidate will develop, lead, and orchestrate the execution of communications strategies and plans, ensuring consistency and professionalism in MarTech portfolio.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills. They should have a track record of successfully positioning mid-large scale transformations and project implementation/culture transformation work. A team player with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various business stakeholders is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies and plans to drive business results
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the ecosystem to drive proposals for scope/allocation/interaction models for the project
  • Orchestrate project change/communications strategy and editorial calendar to reach business/project stakeholder segments
  • Participate in RFP process, vendor assessment, and selection for project change/communication support
  • Plan and orchestrate town halls, roadshows, service/solution demos, user engagement sessions, briefings, scripts/messages, conferences/events to increase awareness, buy-in, readiness, and adoption
