About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Strategic Project Management team as a Strategic Projects Associate. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to support growth initiatives, driving projects focused on business development and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Interpret data to identify key business challenges and opportunities for growth
    • Analyze results to define actions with stakeholders and drive business decisions
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Support countries/areas in reviewing their strategic business plans and translating them into operational footprints
    • Play a key role in analyzing the impact of M&A activities on country masterplans and support local teams during integration processes
  • Process Improvement and Innovation
    • Improve current and develop new processes and solutions to drive business growth
    • Lead the roll-out of new processes and solutions across country organizations
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Support in drafting presentations and data visualization for top-management leveraging insights identified through data analysis and workshops
    • Create strong links with cross-functional teams to introduce and expand innovative solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company or in a strategy/business development team
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable plans
  • High autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Positive and energetic spirit that brings innovative ideas to engage people
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office suite, knowledge of data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, BI) is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • Based in Zurich but flexible for occasional international travels
