We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Intern. As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and experience.

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with our services

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in German and English languages
