Job Requirements
Experimental Work
As a Lab Technician, you will execute experimental lab work according to defined expectations and schedules, ensuring the highest quality results.
Data Generation and Collaboration
You will generate and collect high-quality data, collaborating with individual scientists and lab technicians to drive project success.
Lab Management
Contribute to the maintenance and qualification of lab equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
Process Improvement
Actively participate in the establishment of working instructions for lab equipment and ensure the maintenance of a safe and efficient work environment.
Supply Chain Management
Order raw materials and consumables as per project needs, sharing and implementing best practices for lab and equipment management.
Key Requirements
Communication and Reporting
Report issues in a timely fashion, ensuring seamless communication with the team.
Language Skills
English is mandatory, with German being a plus.
Education and Training
Accomplished apprenticeship in bio-tech is required.
Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving departmental business processes forward.
Flexibility and Adaptability
Demonstrate flexibility to support other activities within the department, adapting to changing priorities.
Professional Development
Take a proactive approach to own continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
