About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will manage and administer Inspections and Testing operations for clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Spanish, and French; other languages are a plus.
The Account Manager will collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine inspection planning, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and prepare reports for both internal and client review.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Inspections and Testing operations for clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of exceptional service.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine inspection planning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational queries and concerns.
- Prepare and/or issue reports for both internal and client review.
- Undertake billing of customers when required.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- University bachelor's degree or sufficient experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable industry experience preferably within an Agricultural background in a multi-national environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Spanish, and French; other languages are a plus.
- Organised and analytical, commercial savvy, strong negotiation skills, contractual awareness.
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and pressure.
- Comfortable working in a multi-tasking environment.
- Interest in the technically-oriented business world.
- Comfortable with IT tools (CRM, PPT, Excel…).
