Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce project manager and architect to join our team in Zürich, Switzerland. As a key member of our Service Line Application Services team, you will be responsible for managing projects and providing architectural guidance for our global Salesforce org. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our Salesforce strategy, which includes Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, as well as Pardot.

Key responsibilities will include project management support, cross-org visibility, customer identity and access management, and global complaint management. You will work closely with our internal team in Zurich and Madrid, as well as external partners, to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our global organization. Your broad knowledge of the Salesforce product landscape will be essential in advising global and regional stakeholders on the capabilities and opportunities provided by the Salesforce platform.

Requirements include a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce project management and architecture. Relevant Salesforce certifications and a strong track record of project delivery are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with agile project management, requirements analysis, system integration, and architecture reviews is expected. Self-motivated, pragmatic, and customer-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
