Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Expert to join our team at Richemont Group Logistics. As a key member of our Group Supply Chain Division, you will play a critical role in implementing our transport strategy for the distribution of our products worldwide.

• Support the implementation of our transport strategy, considering internal and external regulations.
• Identify and anticipate evolving needs and priorities for transport development, including new transportation means, schedules, and additional distribution departures and returns.
• Confirm the impacts of these developments on our budget and operations.
• Ensure business continuity for the distribution of our products in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions with our transport partners.
• Coordinate Business Reviews at a global and regional level with logistics partners and Group entities.
• Support the deployment of Transport Best Practices across the organization.

• Proven expertise in transport, including excellent knowledge of transport modes and its environment.
• Expertise in project management in an international and multi-profile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to unify spirits.
• Autonomy, organization, and rigor, with a strong ability to find solutions in a changing environment.
• Ability to deliver concrete business impact and take accountability for results.
• University degree or equivalent in logistics or sales, with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in English and French, with any other languages being an asset.
