About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Applied Mathematician to join our team at Hexagon Technology Center GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mathematical models to solve complex problems in various fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply mathematical models to solve problems in signal processing, image processing, and opto-mechanics.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement algorithms into our products.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform product development and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies in the field.

Requirements

  • A degree in applied mathematics, computer science, or physics (MSc or PhD).
  • Strong theoretical background in mathematics and programming skills.
  • Fluent in English and (ideally) German.
