Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager 2, Engineering Lead to join our Technical Services department in Bern, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical investment projects in the field of utilities, infrastructure, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate technical investment projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality, to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP and EHS standards.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Technical degree (TS, HTL/FH) with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong technical skills in construction, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
