Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Financial Analyst Trainee at Incyte, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the monthly close process by recording monthly accruals, reconciling accounts, and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
• Preparing monthly reporting packages
• Verifying inventory movements and partnering with Tech Ops to streamline and improve the inventory subledger reconciliations vs third-party stock files
• Enhancing and automating purchase price variance processes
• Performing data analysis and implementing quality enhancements
• Assisting with the annual physical stock counts
• Participating in the annual standard cost revaluation exercise
• Preparing SOX control and maintaining ongoing support documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience with inventory control
• Advanced Excel and data mining skills
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and French
• A business partnering mindset and strong teamwork skills
