Job Description:

As a Lead Consultant at Celonis, you will be responsible for leading our agile project teams to accelerate our customers' digital transformation and drive Celonis' international expansion.

About the Role:
  • Identify customers' strategic priorities and lead project teams to develop data-driven process insights and actions.
  • Develop and implement Celonis use cases to drive customer value.
  • Work closely with the Data Operations team to connect our solution to the customer IT environment.
  • Lead the Celonis implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle defined use cases.
  • Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes.
  • Adopt a value creation approach to define measures to improve process inefficiencies.
  • Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management.
  • Automate tasks to drive value and improve process conformance rate.
  • Monitor and enable customer expectations and project planning.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting or Process Improvement Consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of data-related languages (SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus).
  • Strong appetite for value-driven approaches and data topics.
  • General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics.
  • Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP and related business processes) is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to develop a strong expertise on a solution through a continuous learning approach.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
