Administrative Assistant

As a key member of the Point of Experience (POE) team at Mammut Sports Group AG, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire POE assortment cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations from conception to execution, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance sales and product positioning.

• Manage the POE assortment cycle, including assortment strategy, data maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance sales and product positioning.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives, including the development of customer-specific POS activations.
• Manage and maintain the POE assortment, including POE presenter, Give Aways, and Event Set Up.
• Oversee the budget for POE tools and ensure effective resource allocation.

• Commercial education or degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or trade marketing.
• Experience in project management and at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and technologies, as well as sales and communication channels.
• Confident use of common marketing tools and strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), with every other language being a plus.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, PLM, and ERP.
