The Role: Demand Management Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Demand Management Officer to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing demand, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Intake and Scoping
  • Capture and analyze business demands to understand client needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure pre-scoping is performed effectively.
  • Work closely with Product teams and other relevant departments to manage demand and prioritize projects.
  • Demand Planning
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Entity project portfolio.
  • Manage resources to meet demand and help prioritize projects from an Entity perspective.
  • Address competing demands and ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Intermediates with GO Project Management allocation and ensures funding approval when necessary.
  • Delivery, Monitoring & Reporting
  • Owning the Demand Management Process for the Country/Market/Entity and ensuring all defined steps are followed appropriately.
  • Monitor and report on the portfolio of demand, ensuring effective closure and providing required information to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of demand management processes and supporting processes.
  • A good knowledge of product families, Tech and Data roadmap, objectives, organization, and policies.
  • A sound understanding of the AXA GO Product catalogue and insurance business needs/challenges.
