At Julius Baer, we strive for excellence in wealth management and value the unique qualities of our team members.

You will be part of the Wealth Planning Life Insurance team within the Investment and Wealth Management Solution (IWMS) business area in Zürich.

We work on key initiatives and projects to provide our clients with sophisticated life insurance solutions, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in multi-functional projects with teams from Wealth Planners, Product Managers, Legal, Compliance, Group Tax, Operations & IT, Marketing, and Business.
  • Contribute to the positioning and distribution of life insurance products, supporting Relationship Managers and other business units.
  • Support the maintenance of life insurance products, including processes, documentation, and credit.
  • Manage relationships with international insurance partners.
  • Support Wealth Management front units in driving insurance initiatives and sales.
  • Participate in client meetings and contacts covering insurance needs.
  • Plan and implement product/country-specific seminars and workshops.

Requirements:

  • University degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Law or Business school.
  • 5 to 8 years' experience in wealth management and/or wealth planning within Insurance and/or Banking sector.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Fluency in English; further languages an advantage.
