As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the ambassador of our brand, providing an unparalleled customer experience and driving sales results. This part-time position offers 16 hours per week, starting in October 2024.

About the Job

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  2. Staying knowledgeable about our products, including size, fit, materials, and styling options.
  3. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining a high level of organization.
  5. Assisting in preparing seasonal campaigns and sales events, collaborating with the team to drive sales.
