Key Responsibilities- Indexing and Content Management: Collaborate with data source owners and application owners to ensure all relevant content is properly indexed and searchable in the context of a specific use case.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Monitor the search platform for any issues or anomalies and provide timely resolutions.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for the search platform, including configuration settings, indexing guidelines, troubleshooting procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of programming languages such as C# (important), Java, Angular, and Python. Additionally, proficiency in metadata management and knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) algorithms used for search are required.
