Job Description

RITUAL MASSAGE SARL is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Thai masseur/masseuse to join our team of professionals. As an expert in authentic Thai therapeutic massage, you will be responsible for providing top-level services to our clients, adhering to the highest quality standards and excellence that our salons are renowned for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Thai therapeutic massage treatments to clients, using traditional techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
  • Assess client needs and propose personalized treatments, discussing health issues and recommending appropriate massage techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, participating in training and learning new massage techniques.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of Thai massage for health and wellness, advising on stretches to practice at home and promoting relaxation and stress management.
Requirements
  • European Nationality or EFTA membership, due to work permit restrictions.
  • Education and Experience: a degree in Thai therapeutic massage from a recognized institution or at least 5 years of professional experience in giving authentic Thai massage.
  • Language Skills and Integration: an acceptable level in French or English, with language training available if necessary.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Commitment to Customer Service Excellence, and Passion for Wellness and Health.
