About the Role

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity professional to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our global energy ecosystem's security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of security dashboard metrics, security feeds, phishing campaigns, SIEM alerts, and reports to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Perform gap analyses and provide actionable recommendations to address security deficiencies.
  • Develop and implement efficient cybersecurity protocols and procedures to enhance the security of our global platforms.
  • Create and enforce cybersecurity policies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, promoting ongoing improvement.
  • Conduct security evaluations and provide remediation strategies to strengthen our overall security posture.
  • Design and implement secure access service edge solutions that incorporate security features for the holistic protection of distributed networks and remote users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in security engineering, SecOps, Data Loss Prevention, event management, security monitoring, and risk-based alerting.
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity involving Identity, Firewall, and Cloud technologies.
  • Practical experience in the installation, configuration, operation, and monitoring of CI/CD pipeline tools.
  • Experience in integrating static application security testing (SAST), dynamic application security testing (DAST), software composition analysis (SCA), and other security tools into CI/CD pipelines for automated security assessments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various functional teams and employees at all levels to achieve results in a professional manner.
