RISK MANAGEMENT LEADER

RULEMATCH AG is committed to providing a safe and secure trading environment for its clients. To achieve this goal, we require a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Leader to oversee all aspects of risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a fast-growing company and contribute to its continued success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management in the securities trading or post-trading area, preferably in a financial market infrastructure regulated by FINMA or a regulatory authority in neighboring countries. A proven track record of successfully managing risk and implementing risk management frameworks is essential.

The Risk Management Leader will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborating with other control functions to ensure effective risk management
  • Providing regular risk reporting to management and the Board of Directors
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the organization's risk management framework
  • Promoting a risk-aware culture and educating employees on risk management practices

Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in risk management in the securities trading or post-trading area
  • In-depth knowledge of securities trading or post-trading processes is essential
  • Proven experience in implementing risk management frameworks
  • University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field required, Master's degree preferred (equivalent work experience will be considered)
  • Relevant professional certification such as FRM, PRM, CFA or similar are highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required
