Aseptic Production Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Aseptic Production Team Leader to join our Ibex Solutions team in Visp, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of aseptic drug product manufacturing processes within our new sterile facility.
You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Process Experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This includes conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing development plans to support team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Process Experts in achieving operational excellence
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and ensure seamless integration of processes
- Take ownership of assigned area's performance, including meeting delivery timelines and ensuring compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for drug product processes, providing technical guidance and resolving challenges
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of aseptic drug product manufacturing processes and GMP regulations
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Degree or equivalent experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work multi-functionally and drive alignment across teams
