What You'll Do
The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for the implementation of IT projects that are part of our strategy and mission. As a key member of the Global ITS Team, you will be responsible for managing IT projects that cover infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts, and new system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develops project plans, implements authorized scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitors progress, provides corrective action, and reports to the project steering committee.
  • Business Analysis: Identifies and prioritizes technical and functional requirements, obtains feedback, and gains approval to implement changes. Documents business requirements and creates detailed functional/technical system specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Works closely with team members to plan, monitor, and appraise job results; coaches, counsels, and directs team resources as needed.
  • Change Management: Implements and manages change when necessary to meet project outputs. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Management or other IT-related field.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or other project management certification preferred.
  • Agile certification preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of English language (speaking and writing). Ability to work in French desirable.

Experience:
  • At least 3 years' IT project management experience is essential.
  • 3+ years business analysis experience preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in systems operations and support, implementation, and management of infrastructure systems support.
