We're seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Lead to oversee all marketing activities for our HVGGE Place location. In this role, you'll collaborate with our global Brand team to develop and execute a marketing plan that drives brand awareness throughout the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive results. You'll be responsible for managing social media content, developing a PR plan for media outreach in key feeder markets, and working closely with the Meetings and Events and Food and Beverage teams to define and deliver tactics and activations that drive B2C and B2B awareness in local, national, and international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll lead the marketing, PR, and partnerships plan for the hotel.
  • You'll work closely with the hotel sales team to deliver on-property and local activations.
  • You'll define and deliver marketing tactics that will increase awareness for the hotel throughout Switzerland and key feeder markets (France, Germany, Benelux).
  • You'll support the success of our owned and earned channels supporting hotels, food & beverage, and meetings & events.
  • You will sit within the commercial function and work closely with brand and ecommerce, as well as external partners and agencies, to improve and measure hotel channels.

The skills we are looking for are:

  • 5 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience of working in hotel / food & beverage and or meetings / events / conference sectors.
  • Marketing or PR experience in-house or agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing a marketing / communications plan.
  • Demonstrable understanding of hotel, food and beverage, or meetings / events / conferences sectors.
  • Demonstrated project management experience involving complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
