CSV Specialist

Teoxane Laboratories is a leading company in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. We are seeking a highly skilled CSV Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate computerized systems within the company
- Execute validation of computerized systems and support team activities under supervision
- Implement continuous improvement in CSV activities management
- Develop protocols and IQ/OQ/PQ test sheets for software validation
- Serve as a reference for system validation during internal and external audits
Requirements:
- EPF, HES, or University IT/Engineering degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar CSV Specialist position
- First experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
- Good experience in commissioning and system qualification
- Pedagogue, communication skills, and good writing skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a resource-constrained environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and solution-oriented, especially in complex scenarios
- Fluent in both French and English
