About the Opportunity

Medison is looking for a Director of International Relations and Stakeholder Engagement to join our global corporate affairs team. This role will be responsible for advancing the company's global reputation, driving impactful communication and public affairs strategies, and aligning with local business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and public affairs strategies to support markets in positioning Medison, raising awareness of our brand, and fostering collaboration with relevant local communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of countries' status and gaps on the external affairs landscape, including policy and regulatory challenges, stakeholder engagement, and Medison's positioning.
  • Act proactively to identify and resolve local communication and public affairs challenges, ensuring timely and effective responses to emerging issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across HQ, regional offices, and external partners to localize global materials according to countries' situations and unique circumstances, driving cohesive messaging.
  • Develop guidance and training programs to build capabilities within the team, address specific needs, and enhance overall effectiveness in communication and public affairs.
  • Lead and mentor a global team, ensuring knowledge sharing, alignment with business objectives, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
