About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our efforts to expand our business area in Switzerland. As a Freight Forwarding Expert, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities include preparing visits, scheduling appointments, and tracking individual sales performances. You will also create and maintain pipelines for potential customers and existing clients in our CRM system, manage offer processes, and carry out customer onboarding activities.
High-quality communication records must be created in our CRM system Communication Manager, and you will process and create incoming and outgoing sales leads while staying up-to-date with market developments.
Your Skills and Qualities- A results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree or relevant experience in forwarding and logistics, sales, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the export and import transport chain, as well as confident handling of common MS Office programs.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
