Job Description
We seek a skilled Tech Solution Architect to design and implement innovative technology solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable IT solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead development teams and guide them through the transition to a public cloud environment.
- Ensure seamless data flow across platforms by designing interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and align technology solutions with business needs.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools.
- Maintain architectural documentation and enforce standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Tech Solution Architect or similar role.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong technical skills, including system architecture design, software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), enterprise integration (APIs, microservices), programming (Python, Java, SQL), security principles, and emerging technologies (AI, ML, blockchain).
