We are looking for a Compliance and Governance Professional to join our team at coni+partner AG.

The ideal candidate will have a Master in business administration, finance or economics, CIA, CPA, and understanding of the asset management and investment fund industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and evaluate business risks and improvement opportunities by utilizing best practices.
  2. Appraise the appropriateness of internal controls, processes, procedures and systems.
  3. Assess and test the operating units' adherence to group guidelines, instructions, laws and regulations and internal control standards.
  4. Contribute to the development of the internal audit operations and infrastructure.
  5. Apply risk management techniques and develop the annual integrated and risk-based audit plan.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in auditing, risk management, internal control, accounting, financial controlling and/or asset management/investment funds.
  • Proven track record of identifying and evaluating business risks and improvement opportunities by utilizing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in German and English.
