**Commissioning and Field Service Expert**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Commissioning and Field Service Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful commissioning of our collector assemblies and providing expert field service support.

**Responsibilities**

  • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is performed to high standards and complies with safety and quality regulations.
  • Build Work Instructions, Safe Operating Procedures, Method Statements, and Operations & Maintenance procedures for Climeworks' OEM business.
  • Minimize downtime and disruptions to plant operations by addressing equipment failures and maintaining high equipment reliability during the warranty period of collector assemblies.
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures, implement the quality management system, and monitor SOPs to ensure repair and upgrade jobs meet or exceed quality standards.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in plant operations, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or engineering roles, with increasing responsibility
  • proven experience in plant operations under a leading service role and possess a strong understanding of Inspection & Test Planning
  • strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, remaining calm and taking charge in critical situations
  • business fluent in English, and willingness to travel up to 70%
