The Senior Manager Supply Chain Products is responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital supply chain products, focusing on S&OP and S&OE capabilities. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, IT, and product ownership, with experience working in consumer products. They will also possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Be accountable for product success, specifying the product vision and roadmap as well as user stories considering the value for the user community and the company.
    • Responsible for product delivery in line with the digital supply chain product roadmap and committed delivery dates.
    • IDentify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient delivery, coordinating interfaces between different product teams.
    • Monitor, optimize, and enhance the configuration, features, and functionalities related to the product.
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of product owners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality products.
    • Motivate and guide the team towards achieving business objectives, identifying and mitigating risks along the way.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Profile:
    • University degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 8+ years of experience working in Supply Chain/IT, preferably in consumer products.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Process/Product Owner in S&OP and S&OE area.
    • Operational experience in supply chain (with focus on role in S&OP) preferred.
  • Leadership Qualities:
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.
    • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
