About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Researcher to join our team at Roche Diagnostics. As a key member of our Global Customer Experience and Solution Design Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and document usability studies, including A/B testing, unmoderated usability tests, and VR concept testing
  • Translate UX research insights into user-centered design solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies and improve processes
  • Advocate for accessibility, quality, and usability in our products and services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Factors Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in usability testing and user research
  • Experience with formative evaluation methods and tools
  • Fluency in English
