At CH10 - BJB Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Facility Operations Specialist to join our team.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Efficiently sort and distribute incoming mail across our buildings, ensuring timely delivery to the right departments.
  • Collect, dispatch, and deliver internal and external mail, documents, and parcels with precision and dedication.
  • Operate the Post shuttle service between our internal post offices, promoting a seamless logistics experience.
  • Handle express mail and registered letters with care, adhering to security protocols and regulations.
  • Manage DHL packaging and airwaybills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with our central department in Zurich to send, receive, and track essential documents.
  • Assist with external logistics transports and basic office supply management as needed.
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and equipment inspections.
  • Supervise cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Participate in various departmental tasks, such as office moves, paper destruction, and administrative duties.
  • Manage access controls, including badge ordering and setup.

Your Profile:



  • A valid Swiss driver's license is essential for this role.
  • Flexibility to work according to early morning shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Service-oriented attitude with high integrity, loyalty, and team spirit.
  • Excellent organizational skills to accurately track deliveries and logs.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with effective time management, route optimization, and schedule efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools is required.
  • Fluency in French and a good understanding of English (B1 minimum).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with experience in the banking sector being a plus.
  • A valid Swiss nationality or B/C work permit and domicile in Switzerland are necessary.
  • A vocational training in vehicles, logistics, or industry with a federal certificate is required.
