About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Legal Expert to join our team at Tillotts Pharma AG. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various departments and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare corporate documents related to board changes, AGMs, and other corporate events, ensuring timely completion and liaison with external parties as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all relevant corporate documents, guaranteeing accurate and accessible information.
  • Support the company on various corporate matters, providing expert advice and assistance.
  • Compile relevant legal cases for bi-annual reporting to the Tillotts Pharma AG board and statutory auditor, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Company Secretary to prepare minutes and presentations for the Tillotts Pharma AG board, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Review and adapt policies and SOPs for the Legal department, maintaining efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain templates for agreements, such as CDAs, termination notices, and consulting agreements, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Negotiate agreements based on these templates, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Manage meetings of the Corporate Legal team, facilitating collaboration and efficient decision-making.
  • Compile monthly legal updates for senior management, presenting key insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the contract database, ensuring accurate and accessible information.
  • Organize and deliver relevant legal trainings, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A paralegal certification or law studies background.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal department.
  • Business fluency in English and German.
  • An independent and proactive attitude, complemented by teamwork skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • A high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
