Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and competent individual with a passion for their profession to support the Front Desk team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and serving hotel and seminar guests
  • Ensuring a smooth administrative process (telephone, email management)
  • Handling guest invoices, currency exchange, and managing the reception cash register
  • Performing daily settlements
  • Providing concierge services
  • Accepting room and restaurant reservations (Mews/Aleno)
  • Coordinating interdepartmental communication and information
  • Performing administrative tasks for the Conference Department
  • Cleaning public areas
Requirements
  • You possess a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail
  • You hold a successful completion of a hotel and catering or commercial education
  • You excel in communication, empathy, and public speaking, remaining calm in high-pressure situations
  • You are fluent in German and English, with French being a plus, and additional languages are an asset
  • Knowledge of the Mews reservation system is a plus
