Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Private Donors Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our fundraising team to maintain communication with donors and ensure the smooth operation of donor relations.

  1. Private Donors Relation
  • Responding to donor inquiries: Respond to phone calls, mail, and emails from donors, as well as all other requests (issuing donation certificates, sending payment slips, etc.).
  • Communicating with donors: Identify gaps in standard communications and draft any specific communications to donors and the public when requests are related to fundraising.
  • Maintaining CRM records: Centralises operations related to the CRM and updates it (e.g., change of address, merger, duplicate, donation certificates, deletion, donor profiles, etc.).
  • Ensuring timely delivery: Ensures timely delivery of thank you e-mails, letters, and cards.
  • Tracking and reporting: Tracks and reports on activity and performance statistics.
  • Leveraging opportunities: Leverages all opportunities to strengthen donors' support and loyalty.
